Ngoc Y-van Pham

Ngoc Y-Van Pham is an experienced professional in project management and international relations, currently serving as an Account Manager at Rice since August 2023. Previously, Ngoc Y-Van Pham worked as a Digital Project Manager at Hilarious from September 2020 to July 2023, and as an International Project Manager at Province de Hainaut from November 2017 to January 2020. Earlier experience includes a role at the European Parliament from October 2016 to March 2017, assisting a Member of the European Parliament in the LIBE Committee. Ngoc Y-Van Pham holds a Master's degree in International Relations from both Tongji University and Université libre de Bruxelles, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Political Sciences from Université libre de Bruxelles.
