Phil Eagle

Phil Eagle has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Phil started their career as an Engineer at Sir Frederick Snow, where they gained experience in designing a steel/composite viaduct. Phil then joined WSP Group as a Senior Engineer, responsible for project management and design of telecommunications installations. After that, they transitioned into the live events industry, working as a Project Manager and later as a Senior Project Manager at Spiro. Phil managed global exhibition stands for blue-chip healthcare clients, handling graphic and video files and overseeing projects from inception to delivery. Phil eventually rose to the position of Operations Director at Spiro, specializing in brand activation in the healthcare sector and leading a team of project managers and account managers. Phil took on additional leadership roles, including Group Operations Director at GES - Global Experience Specialists, before finally becoming the Vice President of Sales Operations at Spiro in 2022.

Phil Eagle attended Sir Henry Floyd Grammar School in Aylesbury, Bucks from 1980 to 1987. Phil then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Surrey from 1987 to 1991.
