Dawn MacNeil

Dawn MacNeil has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Dawn began their career at Garland & Rodger as an Accounts Clerk from October 1989 to March 1996. Dawn then joined ARK Housing Association, where they worked as a Senior Finance Officer from April 1996 to April 2001, followed by a role as a Management Accountant from April 2001 to May 2015. Their tenure at ARK Housing Association ended with a position as a Finance Business Partner from March 2011 to May 2015. Currently, Dawn is employed at Thistle as a Finance Manager since May 2015. Dawn further progressed in their career within Thistle and held the role of Strategic Lead for Finance & Business Support from December 2019 to August 2021. Currently, they serve as the Director of Resources, starting in September 2021.

Dawn MacNeil attended Berwickshire High School from 1979 to 1985. Dawn did not pursue any specific degree or field of study during that time. From 1985 to 1989, they attended Edinburgh Napier University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business/Commerce, General.
