Justin Hood

Justin Hood has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Justin started their career as a Marine Officer in the USMC, serving as an active duty F/A-18 pilot for 10 years before transitioning to the reserves in 1991. Justin completed their final tour with the reserves in March 2009.

Following their military service, Justin worked at Artefacts Development Corp from February 2001 to November 2009, holding the position of Vice-President. In this role, they were responsible for the company's strategic direction and overall operations.

From December 2009 to July 2012, Justin joined Select Engineering Services as a USMC Liaison/Subject Matter Expert. Justin was responsible for coordinating and supporting all USMC/USN participants in the RED FLAG-Alaska exercise, with an additional role as Range Training Officer.

Justin then joined Bering Sea Eccotech, Inc. in August 2012 as a Site Manager for Air Combat Training Systems. Justin later served as the Deputy Program Manager for Europe, Air Combat Training Systems from March 2016 to September 2016.

In January 2015, Justin took on an advisory role in Government Services/Security Protocols at ThisWay Global until September 2016. Justin then became the Vice President of Government and Veterans Services starting in October 2016.

Currently, Justin is the Owner/CEO of Voltera Corporation, a position they have held since September 2022.

From 1986 to 1991, Justin Hood obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.
