Luisa Böning is a seasoned People & Culture Partner with extensive experience in strategic and operational aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, management, and development. Currently serving at thjnk Zürich since February 2024 and previously at thjnk since March 2020, Luisa has also held roles as HR Business Partner Junior at loved and People & Culture Partner at Interone. Responsibilities have encompassed employer branding, recruiting, and employee retention initiatives, along with hands-on roles in recruitment and onboarding early in Luisa's career.
