Raphael Schils has a diverse work experience in the advertising industry. Raphael started as a Junior Art Director at Jung von Matt in 2010 and worked there until 2012. In 2013, they joined Scholz & Friends as an Art Director for a brief period of five months. Later in the same year, Raphael joined thjnk and held various positions including Art Director, Senior Art Director, and currently serves as the Creative Director Art since April 2019.
Raphael Schils began their education in 2007 at Design Factory International, where they pursued a degree in Kommunikationsdesigner with a focus on Design und Werbung. From 2009 to 2010, they attended Buckinghamshire New University, specializing in Advertising, specifically in the field of Advertising Creative, and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree.

thjnk AG (“thjnk”) is a independent creative agency group in Germany.Founded in Hamburg in 2012, thjnk AG currently has offices in Berlin, Munich, Dusseldorf, Zurich and New York. The agency’s client roster includes McDonald’s, adidas, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), Haribo and Paulaner (the Germany brewery founded in Munich in 1634) and Audi, for whichthey created this “Mechanics” spot in 2015. According to the agency’s website, it is now one of the top three agencies in Germany.
