Stefan Anlauf has extensive work experience in the advertising industry. Stefan started their career as a Corporate Communications Intern at SAP in 2010. Stefan then worked as a Copy Intern at Scholz & Friends before joining Heye GmbH as a Copy Intern and later as a Junior Copywriter. In 2013, they moved to thjnk as a Copywriter. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at deepblue networks AG, initially as a Copywriter, then as a Senior Copy/Concept and finally as a Creative Director Copy/Concept. In 2020, they returned to thjnk as a Creative Director Copy/Concept.

Stefan Anlauf began their education in 2006 at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a focus on Germanistik & Multimedia. Stefan successfully completed this program in 2010. In 2010, Stefan furthered their education at the Hamburg School of Ideas (Texterschmiede), specializing in text writing and conceptualization. Stefan completed this program in 2011, becoming a trained text writer and concept developer.

The agency’s client roster includes McDonald’s, adidas, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), Haribo and Paulaner (the Germany brewery founded in Munich in 1634) and Audi, for whichthey created this “Mechanics” spot in 2015. According to the agency’s website, it is now one of the top three agencies in Germany.
