Dan Patt

Dan Patt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic technology and automation. Currently, Dan holds multiple roles including positions at Thomas H Lee Partners and STR, focusing on mission-critical cyber and information systems, as well as serving as a partner at The Pivotal Group. Dan co-founded Vecna Robotics, leading efforts in robotics and automation for logistics and material handling, and previously contributed to DARPA as Deputy Director of the Strategic Technology Office, overseeing a $450M budget and leading strategy to enhance global technical superiority. Dan's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering and a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan.
