Prior to this role, Heather held various positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, athenahealth, Smith & Nephew, and Aon. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Vermont, Heather has extensive experience in talent management, compensation analysis, and human resources strategy.
