Senior Manager, Customer Experience Lead at Thndr

Farah Diab has a diverse work experience. Farah currently works as a Customer Experience Lead at Thndr since December 2020. Prior to that, they were a Co-Founder, Coach, and Facilitator at Roshd Coaching from January 2018 to December 2020. Farah also worked at JLL, where they served as an HR Business Partner from July 2017 to December 2017, HR Officer from January 2016 to July 2017, and Assistant Analyst, Human Resources from December 2014 to December 2015. Before joining JLL, Farah worked as a Co-Active Coach as a self-employed individual from January 2014 to December 2014.

Farah Diab obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from The American University in Cairo in 2014. Farah also completed a Study Abroad Summer Session at UCLA in 2012. Prior to their university education, they completed their International Baccalaureate (IB) at Modern English School Cairo from 1999 to 2010. In terms of certifications, they are a certified Associate Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation in 2018 and holds various certifications from People Acuity, a Strengths Strategy Company, including being a Certified People Acuity Coach and a Strengths Strategy Certified Coach in 2018. Farah is also certified in coaching by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and has completed the Organization & Relationships Systems Coaching Training Series by CRR Global in 2015. Additionally, they are a certified Open Water Diver by PADI in 2018.
