Brad Krupa

Brad Krupa has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Brad is currently the Director of Sales at Proto Plastics, Inc. Brad joined the company in 2020. Prior to this, Brad held various roles at Thogus Products Company from 2010-2020. In their position as Director of Sales, they were responsible for developing and managing front-end systems and processes that drove commercial success. Brad also led and managed teams in customer service, business development, application development, and program management. As a Sales Representative, Brad farmed existing accounts and hunted for new accounts that aligned with the company's strategic plan. Additionally, they advised on multiple manufacturing disciplines and developed clear proposals for internal teams and clients. Brad also served as a Sr. Product Manager and Costing Manager/PMO Manager during their time at Thogus. Before joining Thogus, Brad worked at First Ohio Banc and Lending from 2001-2010. Brad held roles such as Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and Mortgage Banker. Brad had a brief period as a world traveler from 1998-2001.

Brad Krupa attended BGSU from 1994 to 1998, where they studied Accounting. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1994, they attended University School. Brad also obtained additional certifications including Lean Six Sigma - Black Belt from PolyOne in May 2018, as well as Kaizen Leader Training from the same institution in July 2017.
