Lee Shawback

Lee Shawback is an accomplished professional in the injection molding industry, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Thogus Products Company since April 2024. Lee's extensive experience includes a tenure as President at NOVATION Industries from June 2020 to April 2024, where responsibilities spanned multiple leadership roles including Director of Manufacturing and Director of Business & Operations Development. Prior to this, Lee held the position of COO at MATRIX 4 and focused on enhancing efficiency in injection molding operations. Earlier career highlights include roles at Hansen Plastics, Xten Industries LLC, and WM Plastics, where expertise in engineering, quality management, and business development was applied. Lee began the professional journey with a BS in Industrial Technology Plastics from Illinois State University.
