Carolina C. currently serves as the SVP General Manager USA for GoGo squeeZ at Bel Group since July 2024 and is also a Supervisory Board Member for Thom Group, responsible for strategic oversight in the jewelry retail sector. Previously, Carolina held the position of SVP General Manager North America for Fresh Beauty at LVMH Group and served as Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Commercial Operations for Wella Company. Carolina's extensive experience at Danone includes various executive roles in marketing and commercial strategy across multiple products and regions. Prior to Danone, Carolina worked at Procter & Gamble in several leadership roles focused on beauty, marketing, and customer management, starting from 1996. Carolina holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business from Saint Louis University and a five-year degree in Finance and International Relations from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
