Elizabeth Yates

Elizabeth Yates is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and capital markets. Currently serving as a Senior Director at Thoma Bravo since 2016, Yates specializes in fundraising for private equity and private credit, contributing to the firm's reputation as a leading investor in software and technology with over $160 billion in assets under management. Previous roles include Capital Markets at Insikt, Private Equity Project Management and Origination at Blackstone, and M&A positions at UBS. Yates also participated in the Summer Honors Program at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Yates holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Retailing from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is an alumnus of Shady Side Academy.
