Matt Losardo

Matt LoSardo is a Principal and Senior Vice President at Thoma Bravo, a software and technology-focused private equity firm with over $120 billion in assets under management, where Matt has been since January 2016. In addition to primary responsibilities, Matt serves on the boards of multiple companies, including Everbridge, Eptura, Apryse, Majesco, Cority, and Motus, LLC, reflecting a strong commitment to guiding various organizations in the technology sector. Matt's prior board engagements include Condeco, T2 Systems, and Riskonnect, Inc. Educationally, Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Duke University and attended Garden City High School.
