Gemma Bateman

Gemma Bateman currently serves as the Head of Sales & Marketing at Thomas Alexander Homes since March 2024. Prior to this role, Gemma held various positions at Persimmon Homes from March 2018 to February 2024, including Head of Sales, Field Sales Manager, Trainee Field Sales Manager, and Sales Negotiator. Gemma gained initial experience as a Sales Negotiator at Moss Properties from August 2017 to February 2018, and previously worked as a Sales Assistant at Calvin Klein and completed HR work experience at Burberry. Gemma holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the University of Leeds, attained in 2017, and is an Affiliate of the Institute of Consulting since 2017.
