Rachel Smyth

Rachel Smyth is a highly experienced managing quantity surveyor with a strong background in the construction industry. Currently managing a £2.5 million external contract focused on health and safety improvements for council tenants at Thomas Alexander Homes since February 2023, Rachel has previously held roles at J Tomlinson Limited as a senior quantity surveyor and quantity surveyor from July 2015 to February 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as a quantity surveyor at United Living Group, an assistant quantity surveyor at Bullock Construction Limited, and a trainee quantity surveyor at Connaught PLC. Rachel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc) and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Geography (BA Hons) from Sheffield Hallam University.
