Joni Perron

Joni Perron has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Their most recent role was as a Senior Director of Finance at Thomas Allen, Inc, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Restoration Counseling & Community Services (RCCS) as a Financial Controller from September 2018 to October 2022.

From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Financial Controller at Northwestern Health Sciences University, where they directed and managed various accounting and treasury operations and provided assistance to stakeholders across the university.

Before that, they worked as a Consulting - Interim Controller at Volunteers of America of Minnesota from May 2015 to January 2016, where they managed finance and payroll staff and implemented new processes and financial reviews.

From 1998 to 2015, they were the Director of Finance at Northwest Anesthesia PA, an integrated medical practice specializing in anesthesia care. Prior to that, they worked at Redmond Products as Regional Sales Planning and Project Management from 1996 to 1998.

Their earliest known role was as an Accountant at Distribution Alternatives, where they managed internal accounting, payroll, and office personnel, and liaised with clients to assist with their financial needs and growth. Joni held this position from 1989 to 1996.

Joni Perron began their education journey by attending the University of Wisconsin-River Falls from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In 1998, they pursued further studies at the University of Minnesota, focusing on accounting and finance, but did not obtain a degree. From 2008 to 2011, Joni Perron attended the University of St. Thomas, majoring in Health Care Management and successfully earning a degree in that field.
