Jake Gross

Jake Gross has a strong background in engineering and operations, with experience in various leadership roles. Jake most recently worked at Thomas and Skinner, starting as a Technology Manager in April 2014 and then moving up to Vice President of Operations in April 2016. Prior to that, they were the Chief Engineer at CMW Inc. from September 2011 to March 2014, where they managed technical resources, led the quotation process, and developed new products.
