Jake Gross

Jake Gross has a strong background in engineering and operations, with experience in various leadership roles. Jake most recently worked at Thomas and Skinner, starting as a Technology Manager in April 2014 and then moving up to Vice President of Operations in April 2016. Prior to that, they were the Chief Engineer at CMW Inc. from September 2011 to March 2014, where they managed technical resources, led the quotation process, and developed new products. Before that, they held positions at Heraeus as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer from September 2010 to September 2011, and as a Manufacturing Engineer from July 2004 to September 2010. In these roles, they focused on manufacturing processes, supervised teams, and achieved key metrics such as on-time delivery and equipment utilization.

Jake Gross completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Engineering at Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2002. Jake then pursued a Master of Science degree in the same discipline at the same institution from 2002 to 2004. Following this, they attended the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and obtained an MBA with a specialization in Business from 2006 to 2008.
