Lori Oler

Lori Oler is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as the Human Resource Manager at Thomas & Skinner, Inc. since April 2016, Lori oversees all HR functions, including recruitment, employee benefits, payroll administration, and compliance. Prior to this role, Lori held the position of Director of Human Resources at BGBC Partners, LLP from December 1999 to August 2015, where responsibilities included designing and modifying benefit plans to ensure competitiveness and compliance, as well as facilitating effective communication regarding benefits and personnel policies.
