Matt Cornacchione

Matt Cornacchione has a strong background in financial management and extensive experience in various leadership roles. Matt currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Thomas & Skinner, Inc. since December 2019. Previously, they served as Chief Financial Officer at Ryan Fireprotection from February 2018 to April 2019, where they successfully implemented cost-saving initiatives and improved financial reporting. From January 2005 to October 2017, Matt held the role of Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Secretary at Phoenix Fabricators and Erectors, LLC, where they played a crucial role in securing a $50MM recapitalization and overseeing acquisitions for market expansion. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Financial Reporting at The Steak n Shake Company from May 2003 to January 2005 and was a Senior Manager at Deloitte from 1994 to 2003, where they managed audit engagements and contributed to talent management efforts.

Matt Cornacchione attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 1990 to 1994. Matt pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Accounting during the course of their studies.
