Erin Merrill

Erin Merrill currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Advancement at Thomas College, starting in February 2023, where responsibilities include leading fundraising initiatives such as the Thomas Fund and Major Gifts to support the college's budget. Concurrently, Erin is a Senior Writer for Drury Marketing, contributing articles to #DeerCast that focus on wildlife management and conservation. As the owner and writer of the personal blog And A Strong Cup of Coffee, Erin shares outdoor experiences and hunting adventures in Maine. Additionally, Erin is a Staff Writer for Northwoods Sporting Journal, writing a monthly column titled "Women in the Woods," which emphasizes conservation issues and encourages women's participation in outdoor activities. Previous roles include Director of Advancement at Educare Central Maine, where Erin managed fundraising efforts, and Director of Major Gifts at Maine Public Broadcasting Network, overseeing a team and maintaining donor relations. Erin holds a Master's degree in Communication and Public Relations from the University of Maine.
