Jeff brings 30 years of operations and risk management leadership to Thomas & Company. Previously, he spent decades at American Airlines and Dollar General Corporation where he focused on operations, risk management and process improvement. Jeff leads the Administration functions by driving workflow and processes that maximize the inflow of documents and communications to the company while maintaining quality customer service.
