Christopher Maddock

Christopher Maddock has extensive experience in both the transportation and human resources fields. Currently, Christopher serves as a Truck Driver at Thomas Concrete, Inc. since July 2018. Prior to this role, Christopher worked at XPO Logistics (formerly Con-way Freight) from August 1996 to December 2015, where positions included Regional Human Resource Generalist, Human Resource Generalist, Personnel Supervisor, and Driver Sales Representative. In the role of Regional Human Resource Generalist, Christopher successfully led employee relations investigations, provided counsel on disciplinary processes, and facilitated training for management and staff. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Niagara University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications Studies from John F. Kennedy High School.
