Lindsey Fowers

Lindsey Fowers grew up in Arkansas, and moved to Logan, Utah, to attend college. Upon graduating from USU with a bachelor's degree in Social Work, she worked for 10 years for the State of Utah helping low income families on public assistance. Most recently, Lindsey has been at home full-time with her three children, all of whom attend the TECS-North campus. Having experienced both public schools and Thomas Edison Charter School, her favorite things about TECS are the structured environment that prepares students for higher education, the positivity used by teachers to foster respect and increase students' confidence, and the resources offered to give each student the opportunity to succeed. Lindsey hopes to contribute to the Governing Board through her compassionate, analytic perspective, and her unique love for children with special needs.
