Kristy Gleaton

Kristy Gleaton has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in the field of eye care. Kristy most recently served as the Vice President of Operations at Thomas Eye Group, starting in December 2021. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Director of Operations and Director of Optical Services at the same company. Before joining Thomas Eye Group, Kristy worked as an EMR Software Training Specialist at Compulink from September 2015 to May 2018. Kristy also served as the Executive Director at Reimbold Eye Group and as a Co-Owner and Manager at Total Vision. Additionally, Kristy has experience working as a Manager and Optician at Luxottica Retail North America and Optometry at National Vision, Inc. throughout their career.
