David Abate

David Abate has a diverse work experience in the food industry. David currently serves as the Vice President of Purchasing at Thomas Foods International, USA since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at DemKota Ranch Beef, where they were involved in sales from February 2018 to June 2021. From May 2016 to January 2018, they served as a Senior Account Manager for Fresh Pork Sales, Retail at Clemens Food Group. Additionally, they had experience in production/sales development at Lakeside Refrigerated Services - Thomas Foods International from May 2015 to April 2016. David's earlier roles include being a Fresh Meat Category Manager at Wakefern Food Corp from October 2007 to April 2015, a Meat Merchandiser at The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company from June 2004 to September 2007, and a Manager Division Operations Meat/Seafood at Genuardi's Family Markets from 2002 to 2004. David began their career as a Meat/Seafood Merchandiser at Genuardi's Family Markets from 1997 to 2001.

David Abate completed their high school education at Haverford High School from 1990 to 1994. David then pursued further education, earning an Associates Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Thomas Edison State University from 2012 to 2018.
