Shane Elder has extensive experience in the food production industry, serving as Production Manager at Thomas Foods International since August 1999 and currently holding the position of Thomas Foods Group Yield Manager since July 2017. In the role of Yield Manager, Shane coordinates daily production yields for the TFI Murray Bridge, Lobethal, and Tamworth sites, demonstrating a strong commitment to operational efficiency and quality management. Shane's foundational education was completed at Woodville High School.
