Andre Mendez

Andre Mendez is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in management and event catering. Currently serving as Chef Manager and Catering Manager at Thomas Franks Ltd since January 2017, Andre has also held the position of Event Chef at Evolve Hospitality since June 2013. Previous roles include Catering Manager at OLIVE DINING LTD from March 2019 to January 2022, Head Chef at YO! Sushi from July 2012 to June 2013, as well as Head Chef positions at wagamama from January 2007 to May 2012 and relish restaurant from 2006 to 2007. Andre's educational foundation was laid at St Patricks School in Hyderabad, followed by a degree in Food Preparation, Professional Cooking, and Kitchen Assistant from the Hyderabad Institute Of Hotel Management.
