Laura Hyams

Laura Hyams is an experienced catering professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Catering Manager at Thomas Franks Ltd since June 2014, Laura has developed strong skills in food service management. Prior to this role, Laura worked as a Chef at Maison Talbooth from June 2011 to June 2014. Educationally, Laura holds a degree in Professional Chef from Colchester Institute and completed schooling at Colne Community School.
