Matt Clark is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in management across various establishments. Since June 2019, Matt has served as General Manager at Thomas Franks Ltd, bringing effective leadership to the role. Prior experience includes positions such as Catering Manager at WWT, Deputy General Manager at Malmaison, and Bistro Manager at Hotel Du Vin.
