Matt Clark

Matt Clark is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in management across various establishments. Since June 2019, Matt has served as General Manager at Thomas Franks Ltd, bringing effective leadership to the role. Prior experience includes positions such as Catering Manager at WWT, Deputy General Manager at Malmaison, and Bistro Manager at Hotel Du Vin. Matt has also played a key role in opening a new restaurant as Restaurant Manager at Kika and provided wine tasting experiences at Rippon Winery. Previous management roles include General Manager at both The Castle Hotel and The Tower Hotel, as well as various managerial positions at Cubitt House Ltd. Matt holds a BSc in Sports Science & Management from the University of Hull and a Level 2 Distinction from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
