As Co-Founder and Owner of Thomas Frost Executive since November 2008, Matt has been instrumental in developing a global executive search firm that specializes in private, business, corporate, institutional, and investment banking recruitment, with an emphasis on compliance and risk, delivered through a high-touch service model. Prior to this, Matt co-founded HR Bubble in January 2014, focusing on simplifying human resources solutions until July 2022. Matt also served as Director at GOW Recruitment from August 2004 to November 2008, gaining significant expertise in the recruitment industry.
