Bruce Laird

Bruce Laird has extensive experience in the aviation industry, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. Bruce is currently the Managing Director at Shantallow Partners Pty Ltd, where they specialize in opening up new markets for Australian companies in the Asian emerging markets. Prior to this, Bruce held the position of Senior Director, Business Development Avionics at Thomas Global Systems. Bruce also has a long history with Rockwell Collins, where they held various roles including Director Service Solutions - Asia Pacific, Director Commercial Sales & Support - Asia Pacific, Regional Director Airline Sales - Asia Pacific, and Regional Sales Manager - Australasia. During their time at Rockwell Collins, Bruce successfully managed profit & loss activities, captured significant service contracts, developed high-performance sales & support teams, and achieved annual sales goals.

Bruce Laird has a Bachelor's degree in Communication Electronics and Computer Electronics from RMIT University. Bruce also holds a Diploma in Digital Media from Singapore Polytechnic. In addition to their formal education, Bruce has obtained certifications in Effective Negotiating from KARRASS® Effective Negotiating, Lean Champion from LEAN ELECTRONICS, and Strategic Selling from Miller Heiman Group. Bruce has expertise in Solution Selling, Strategic Selling, and Salesforce.com.
