Antwoine Mccoy

As a Manager at T&H, Antwoine brings 20 years of experience in affordable housing & mixed-finance transactions, government financial management, real estate finance, budgeting, forecasting and general ledger accounting. During his tenure, Antwoine has served in a multitude of roles on several HUD projects and facilitated the successful execution of multiple contract option periods. Prior to his tenure with T&H, Antwoine spent 10 years with a large Public Housing Authority (PHA) where he was responsible for the financial management of over 30 redevelopment grants whose funding exceeded $200 million. Antwoine is a proud alumnus of Florida A&M University’s School of Business and Industry (SBI).
