With over 23 years of accounting, internal controls, IT audit, and financial system implementations across multiple sectors and industries, Chante’ has been providing accounting and consulting services to the Federal sector for the past 19 years. She possesses a broad knowledge base of Federal compliance issues, including Government Auditing Standards (GAS); Chief Financial Officers (CFO) Act; Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-123, Appendix A; Federal Information System Controls Audit Manual (FISCAM); Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA); Federal Managers’ Financial Integrity Act (FMFIA); Federal Financial Management Improvement Act (FFMIA); and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). Prior to joining Thomas & Herbert Consulting LLC, Chante’ served in various positions at several local and regional accounting and consulting firms, including 2 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and 7 1/2 years at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Today at Thomas & Herbert Consulting LLC, Chante’ is a Managing Director that supports client delivery.
