Prior to that, LaQuisha worked at The Florida Senate from September 2012 to November 2020 in various roles including Coordinator, Staff Training & Professional Development, Press Secretary, and Administration & Public Records Manager. LaQuisha also held positions at the Florida House of Representatives and Florida State University, where LaQuisha earned a Master's Degree in Applied American Politics and Policy.
