Charles Ezelle

Charles is a Principal and serves as the Regional Director and Civil Manager for the Brunswick office, overseeing office operations, municipal infrastructure, and site development projects primarily located in southeast coastal Georgia. He earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and in the same year, joined Thomas & Hutton in 1997. A licensed Professional Engineer, Charles has extensive experience in site assessment, rezoning, preliminary engineering, permit applications, engineering design, contract documents and specifications, construction administration for water, wastewater, stormwater drainage, and roads for commercial, residential, municipal, and industrial projects. His involvement with several professional organizations includes American Council of Engineering Companies of Georgia (2016-2017 Chairman), American Society of Civil Engineers, National Society of Professional Engineers, Leadership Glynn, and Rotary Club of Brunswick.
