Dale Culbreth

Dale Culbreth leads Thomas & Hutton’s funding assistance efforts as a Grant Administrator. Based out of the Columbia office, Dale has nearly 30 years of experience in grant administration. For more than 22 years, Dale worked with the South Carolina Department of Commerce in the Grants and Incentives Division, aiding localities, and companies in preparing grant applications. Dale provides technical assistance to clients for state and federal grant and loan programs for the funding of infrastructure, including water, wastewater and roads, and community revitalization projects. She assists with application development and review, and after approval, manages each project for compliance with the grant program requirements along with the financial requirements. Dale earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Business and French from Converse College. Her involvement in professional organizations includes membership in the Water Environment Association of South Carolina and completion of South Carolina Economic Developer’s School.
