Esme Cottle has a diverse range of work experience in marketing and management roles. Esme began their career in 2003 at Nationwide Building Society, where they worked as a Graduate Trainee/Marketing Executive, gaining experience in product marketing, direct marketing, advertising, and branch marketing. In 2014, Esme joined Thomas International as an International Marketing Manager, and later took on the role of Head of Marketing. Esme'smost recent position at Thomas International was as the Director of Demand Generation, where they were responsible for the company's lead generation strategy and marketing campaigns.

Esme Cottle earned a BA Hons degree in American History and Literature from the University of Hull in the years 1999 to 2003. Esme later pursued a Diploma in Marketing at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing from 2003 to 2004. Esme then went on to complete a Post-graduate Diploma in Marketing at The Chartered Institute of Marketing from 2005 to 2006.
