Tim Rechel

Tim Rechel is the current Cincinnati Field Operations Manager at Thomas J. Dyer Company. Tim has been with the company for 29 years and 7 months, starting out as a Superintendent. Throughout their time with the company, they have also held the title of Director of Field Operations. In their current role, Tim is responsible for a wide range of duties, including supplying manpower to support projects in the field and in the fab shop, scheduling training courses for field forces, labor tracking of all projects, and scheduling logistics to ensure that projects are supplied with the necessary materials and tools. Tim also creates SOPs for positions that they are associated with. Tim's ultimate goal is to make sure that Thomas J. Dyer Company's customers are satisfied with the product that they have received.
