Kaylyn M. is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as the Corporate Finance Manager at Thomas James Homes since September 2024, Kaylyn previously held the position of Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis Consultant at AEON Biopharma, Inc., where significant contributions included leading financial activities during a de-SPAC transaction and IPO, managing departmental budgets for clinical trials, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize resource allocation. Prior to AEON Biopharma, Kaylyn was the Director of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Strathspey Crown Holdings LLC, playing a key role in IPO preparations and enhancing investor engagement.
