Abdel Mouik

Abdel Mouik has a diverse work experience starting in 2017 as a Business Technology Analyst at Rutgers Business Information Technology Society (BITS) until May 2019. In October 2020, they worked as an Epic IT Consultant at Thomas Jefferson University until February 2021. From March 2021 to August 2021, Abdel Mouik was an IT Support Analyst at Jefferson Health. Abdel then transitioned to the role of IT Project Analyst Lead from September 2021 to October 2022. Currently, since November 2022, Abdel Mouik is serving as the Desktop Support Team Lead at Jefferson Health.

Abdel Mouik obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Analytics & Information Technology from Rutgers University–New Brunswick from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Information Systems from Mercer County Community College between 2015 and 2017. Abdel Mouik also holds several additional certifications from various institutions, including HDI Desktop Support Manager (HDI), Network Support and Security (Cisco), Endpoint Security (Cisco), Fundamentals of Agile Project Management (Project Management Institute), Project Management Fundamentals (IBM), Lifelong Learning (CertiProf International), Scrum Foundation Professional Certification - SFPC (CertiProf), IBM Cloud Essentials (IBM), IT Academy: Cloud and Virtualization (VMware), Cyber Threat Management (Cisco), Introduction to Cybersecurity (Cisco), Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) (Bloomberg LP), and ITIL® 4 Foundation (AXELOS Global Best Practice), which they obtained in 2022. Abdel Mouik is also anticipated to obtain certifications in HDI Desktop Support Manager, Network Support and Security, Endpoint Security, and Fundamentals of Agile Project Management in 2023.
