Amy O'Brien

Amy O'Brien serves as the Regional AVP of Human Resources for the North Region at Jefferson Health, with prior experience as AVP of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources. Additionally, Amy O'Brien has held leadership roles in the Philadelphia Area Association of Healthcare Recruiters, including Immediate Past President, President, and President-Elect. Earlier in their career, Amy O'Brien was the Director of Human Resources and Marketing at Bourbon Community Hospital. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Health Administration from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Management from the University of Kentucky.
