Chris Ristas

Chris Ristas has extensive experience in healthcare operations and network management. Chris currently serves as the Vice President of Provider Network Operations at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, where they oversee the integration of physicians into the JeffCare network and supports value-based arrangements. Prior to this role, they worked at Cigna-HealthSpring as the Vice President of Network Operations, responsible for market strategy and physician engagement. Chris also served as the Director of Contracting, managing hospital activities and provider relations, and as a Senior Network Administrator, coordinating financial results and growth initiatives for physician organized delivery systems. Before their work at Cigna, Ristas was a Field Director at UnitedHealth Group, where they led a team of Account Managers responsible for claims management and partnerships with healthcare facilities. Chris also held roles as an Account Manager, conducting financial audits, at UnitedHealth Group and as a Financial Specialist at Wells Fargo. Ristas began their career as a Financial Consultant at Merrill Lynch, building a client base and providing long-term financial planning services. Chris also has experience as a Store Manager at Forman Mills and as an Assistant Store Manager at CVS Pharmacy.

Chris Ristas earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Temple University in 1992. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, also from Temple University, between the years 1992 and 1994.
