Christin Kyriss

Christin Kyriss has a diverse work experience spanning multiple healthcare organizations. Christin began their career in 2007 as a Substitute School Nurse at Cheltenham School District and later worked as an RN Health Assistant at the same district. In 2010, they transitioned to the role of Clinical Nurse Coordinator at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System.

In 2015, Kyriss joined St. Mary Medical Center, where they served as a Clinical & Quality Nurse Educator and later as a Physician Practice Transformation Specialist. During this time, they implemented an internal Transitional Care Management program and collaborated with the quality team on data abstraction and submission.

Kyriss then moved to Einstein Healthcare Network in 2018, where they worked as a Program Manager, Strategic Operations. In this role, they supported accountable care organization activities and managed the development and implementation of clinical optimization projects.

Most recently, Kyriss joined Abington - Jefferson Health in 2019 as the Director of Care Coordination. Christin'sfocus is on ensuring quality care coordination services for high-risk patient populations across primary care practices. Christin also works on streamlining clinical operations and improving follow-up rates, medication adherence, and gaps in care closure.

Throughout their career, Kyriss has demonstrated a commitment to improving care quality, coordinating efforts, and driving performance in value-based contracts.

Christin Kyriss holds a Master's degree in Nursing Leadership & Health Systems Management, which they obtained from Drexel University in the years 2012-2016. Christin also holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse, which they completed at Gwynedd Mercy University from 2007 to 2009. Furthermore, Christin has an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse, which they earned from Gwynedd Mercy University in the years 2005-2007. Additionally, they are a Registered Nurse of the Commonwealth of PA, certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
