Daniel Hudson

Daniel Hudson, MSN, RN, CENP, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Nursing Operations and Chief Nursing Officer for Ambulatory Nursing at Jefferson Health since April 2022. In this role, responsibilities include talent stream development, finance analytics, care team transformation, and interim ambulatory nursing. Previously, Daniel held the position of Health System Vice President for Nursing Administration and Operations, overseeing nursing workforce management, strategy and operations, leadership development, and financial planning. Prior experience includes directorship of Nursing Operations and Resources at The University of Vermont Medical Center, along with various nursing leadership roles at Keck Medicine of USC, where responsibilities encompassed clinical operations improvement and nurse management. Early career experience includes roles as a travel nurse at Emerald Health Services and registered nurse at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Executive Leadership from Chamberlain University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marshall University.
