Dominique Casimir-German is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate and asset management. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Asset Management and Chief of Staff at Jefferson Health since December 2019, Dominique has previously held the position of Vice President of Real Estate at the same organization. Prior to this, Dominique was the Deputy Commissioner of Real Estate Management for the City of Philadelphia from February 2017 to December 2019, overseeing lease negotiations, property acquisitions, and facility renovations. Dominique also held senior roles at CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, and served as Director of Development at the Leon H. Sullivan Charitable Trust. An alumnus of Villanova University with an M.B.A., Dominique also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University and studied at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
