Frank Sites has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Frank started their career as a Senior Cardiology Consultant at Siemens Medical Solutions in 2004. In 2005, they moved to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where they served as the Operations Director for the Penn E-lert eICU until 2008. After that, they joined Good Shepherd Penn Partners as the Chief Nursing Executive and later became the Director of Clinical Services & LTACH Administrator. In 2011, Frank joined Pennsylvania Hospital as the Clinical Director for the Emergency Department, Medical Surgical & Patient Progression. Frank then moved to Reading Health System in 2013, where they worked as the Division Director of Critical Care. In 2015, Frank joined Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals as the Enterprise Director of Telehealth & JeffConnect. Frank later served as the Enterprise Vice President for the Emergency & Hospital Medicine Service Lines and is currently the Vice President of Connected Care Operations.
Frank Sites holds a Masters in Health Administration from Saint Joseph's University. Frank also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Holy Family University. Frank completed their high school education at Father Judge High School.
