Harris Young

Harris Young is an accomplished professional in human resources information systems, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals since April 2013. With a focus on aligning HR technologies and services with organizational goals, Harris leads a team of up to fifteen and manages multiple project teams to implement innovative HR solutions. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant Vice President at Chubb, where Harris provided technical oversight for PeopleSoft systems, and as a Senior System Analyst at Tokio Marine North America Services, collaborating on HR technology strategies. Additional experience encompasses consulting for educational institutions and a career as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, specializing in logistics. Harris holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from the University of North Texas.
