Kate Johnston

Kate Johnston has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of marketing and communications. Kate most recently served as the Director of Marketing at Jefferson Health since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Communications Consultant at KJC, LLC from November 2016. From November 2020 to November 2022, they held the position of Senior Marketing Manager at Einstein Healthcare Network, where they developed and executed marketing plans and strategies. Kate also has experience in leading marketing efforts for Saint Francis Healthcare within the 5-hospital region at Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic from May 2017 to September 2020. Furthermore, they worked as a Manager of Marketing at Cooper University Health Care from June 2010 to October 2016, overseeing all earned and paid media efforts for Women's and Children's Services. Before that, they held various marketing roles at Juniper Communities, Vox Medica, Stratis Health, Himle Horner Inc., and Tunheim Partners, gaining expertise in community relations, account management, and media and public relations.

Kate Johnston earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications-Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, which they attended from 1993 to 1996.
